Navy tally has some wear on the letters and is sewn on odd (the seam is on the side and there is a bit of extra material). The white cover has some staining but that should be able to be cleaned out. Nice WAVES labels. The white cover snaps on to the brim and can be changed out for a navy blue or seersucker cover (only the white cover is
