and then put inside the normal pillow case for use

Heer H. Dv. 59, Marine M. Dv. Nr. 275, Luftwaffe L. Dv. 59. A very good book with lots of neat stuff inside. I particularly like the areas on the various breathing apparatuses and the X rays. Much more in depth than many of the first aid books.
