These originally came out in the mid 1930's and were produced unchanged into the 1950's

It is has a little dirt here and there

This appears to be Japanese since it has a typical Japanese mountain sea and tree themed etching on the front as well as what looks like Japanese characters on the side. It is in good condition. It measures about 3 5 8" x 2 5 8" and is a little under 1 3 4" tall.
