Wehrmacht Green Bakelite Compass pre-WWII Named to Miss CVery nice German Wehrmacht type kompass with cord made in deep green Bakelite (almost black). It seems to be in good working order and does point north. Although many different compasses were used by the Wehrmacht, this is one of the better styles. This is an interesting compass as the pattern is identical to the war time Wehrmacht compass and even includes the A stenciled on the cover, however it has no markings at all beyond the compass directions
