The grove found its steward. The Las Vivas Olive Oil, Olio Nuovo, is made from Tuscan varieties; Frantoio, Leccino and Pendolino olives. The olives are hand harvested and pressed within hours of picking resulting in a perfectly bright, herbaceous, and peppery extra virgin olive oil.
