Her "jewel vest" features pleats on the shoulders, angled side pockets, crochet edging at the bottom, and a shawl collar along the front. While it looks stunning on a small lady, this vest can accommodate anybody up to size 12 14, because the pleats on the shoulder add width on the sides. Length is about 21". The unique
