Straps are roughly 54cm in total length (about 49cm to the longest setting)

There is a vinyl cover on the clippers which most people would think would definitively date this to the post war period but vinyl was very popular in the 1930's and I have owned a number of dated examples so it doesn't really help. The box is pretty beat up but the clippers are in good condition.
