FEW Rye Champagne Palate: The texture is creamy-smoothA small batch rye from Chicago's FEW distillery. Crafted from a blend of 70% Midwestern rye, 20% local corn and 10% two row malted barley, and fermented with a wine yeast from Frances Loire Valley.
