Black Straw Tilt Hat italian which dates it to wartimeVintage 1940s black straw tilt hat. Very a unique style hat. Made by Foster Frocks Cleveland. Labeled size 22. It stands around 6" tall. Fairly good condition, but it does have some wear. The strap looks to have been elastic, but is now no longer stretchy. It is a bit delicate; the straw material did have a few bits flake off. There is some staining on the sweatband.
