The paint and graphics are great with relatively minor flaws

We did speak with a fallschirmjäger vet that said they were issued an ice baseplate to jump with which the jäger was expected to simply hold on to when he lept from the plane

There is a little corrosion along the bottom edge of the can and surface corrosion on the top and bottom of the can but you can still make out the graphics printed on the lid

The original larger packet is addressed to "Soldat Werner Linken----"

The cover sleeve is also in decent condition with no rips but some staining and some writing on the back. This is a hard set to find complete!
