Feel free to PM me your number and we can video call to look at the issue in more detail if you like Thanks taff, but I don't have a smart phone and I don't know how to do videos, but when you take the button off, it is just held be three plastics clips which you can see just inside the dome (on the first picture you can see them) , just push one of them and then the other two and it pops out, quite easily to clip back with a push, however, I don't want you to break your reel on my account so if you don't want to that's OK, what I want to see is how by pushing the button, it makes the pin retract, all there is on mine is the button and the spring (third picture), I can't see how it makes the spring retract, but I could be missing something
